		<description>You have to start the command prompt with elevated credentials.  Instead of just going to Accessories and left-double-clicking on the command prompt icon to start it, right click the icon and choose Run As Administrator.

		<description>same thing happenes to me but when i tried powercfg command it displays error that you do not have the permission to turn on or off this function
still have to shut down my laptop every time
any more ideas</description>
